Today, I will talk more about the Lumiere Premium Research & Publication Program, which is 103 total pages at this point, around 55 of which I wrote, and the rest of it is all of my 350+ references! I submitted a 94-page manuscript to the Journal of High School Science and was given a “revise and resubmit” request, which I am still fulfilling.
The Journal wanted me to add more information that wasn’t entirely clinical-based and would be a valuable contribution to them. I added the nine pages to fulfill their requests, and I am having my writing coach and publication specialist check the revisions before submitting them. I should be resubmitting it sometime in March.
This process was gratifying during the summer, and I was so happy with the final product in early September after months of writing. Revisions during the school year were daunting, especially with all of my classes that take me hours to study for each day, but I persevered and completed the revisions as fast as I could, and 3 months later, here we are.
I have the last part of the Sapiens book review coming out soon, so be sure to watch out for that!
