My Online AP Calculus AB Course

Hey guys! I am so sorry for being late to this blog post as well! I have been swamped with my work from the UCSB SRA program and finished about a week ago with my Capstone Seminar. My project was named “Simulating the Effect of Single vs. Cocktail Antibiotic Treatments on the Normal Flora in the Human Gut Microbiome,” and I had the best time presenting it. However, today, I will tell you about my AP Calculus AB Course, for which I have finished all of the material to learn and only have to take the final and complete some concluding assignments.

Taking the AP Calculus AB course with Apex Learning was a fantastic experience I’d highly recommend to anyone interested in calculus. The course is over two semesters and starts with the basics, like limits and derivatives. From the get-go, I appreciated how Apex Learning made these concepts accessible and engaging. The platform offers a bunch of interactive tools, like video lectures, practice problems, and instant feedback, which made it easier to grasp the material and track my progress.

As we moved into the second semester, the course picked up steam. We tackled more complex topics like integration and explored how calculus applies to real-world situations. This part of the course was particularly cool because it showed me how calculus isn’t just theoretical—it has practical uses that can solve real problems. Apex Learning did a great job keeping things relevant and exciting, motivating me and making me curious.

Overall, Apex Learning’s AP Calculus AB course was a great mix of interactive learning and practical application, making calculus fun and rewarding! If you’re thinking about taking this course, I’d recommend it. It’s engaging and useful and makes learning calculus way more enjoyable! Since I have missed so much time, I will be writing blog posts twice a week to get back on track, so stay tuned for my next one on Sunday, which will be about my Capstone Seminar.
